* EHEDG and GHI members receive a 50 euro reduction in their cumulative congress participation fee. 
**Student Fee – In order to qualify for the Student registration fee (250 euros per 3 days), students have to provide a signed and stamped confirmation of their student status from the institution where they are studying at. This confirmation should be scanned and sent to: info@key.com.mk, ideally immediately after Congress registration. Identification will be requested upon collection of the registration pack at the Congress also.
*** Training in HED or HACCP are held 2 days prior to the start of the NUTRICON Congress, at the same venue.

1. A DAILY REGISTRATION FEE includes:

  • Congress materials and ID Badge that grants admission to scientific sessions for the selected day/s at the congress;
    – In order to benefit from the reduced Early Registration Fee, participants will need to register from the congress prior to the 1st of May.
  • Abstract published in the Book of Abstracts and Full Paper published in the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design;
    – Only the Abstracts/Full Papers of authors or presenters who have paid the registration fee in full will be included in the Abstract Book/JHED)
  • Lunch and coffee break beverages during the selected day/s of participation at the congress.

2. SOCIAL EVENTS – participation is optional and is charged additionally to the Registration Fee. Click here to view the Social Program.
