Below, authors can view the general requirements of an ECONOMICON Abstract Submission:

1. Authors can submit 2 types of Abstracts: Research or Review Abstracts (see ‘Submission Types’ below).
2. The submitted abstract should preferably contain no more than 2000 characters (or 300 words).
   – This includes spaces, abstract text, and keywords.
3. Each Abstract should represent a clear and concise summary of its full manuscript.
   – Clearly describing its content, significance, objectives, methodology, findings, and conclusions.
4. Before writing their Abstract, authors are asked to abide by the provided ‘Research Abstract Format’ or ‘Review Abstract Format’ document.
   – There, they can view the proper formating of the Abstract, and the required types of paragraphs and information that need to be present.
5. When writing their Abstract, Authors should use the provided ‘Abstract Submission Form’.
6. After the Abstract is completed, the author should submit it through the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the form.

      Submission Types:

• SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PAPER – reports unpublished results of a completed original scientific research by the study’s author(s). Experimental data should be presented in a way that enables the reproduction, and verification of analyses and deductions, on which the conclusions are based.
• SCIENTIFIC REVIEW PAPER – synthesizes, summarizes, analyses, and evaluates published works on a specific topic, as critical surveys of an area in which the author is (preferably) active. By organizing, integrating, and evaluating previously published material, the author of a review article considers the progress of current research toward clarifying a certain problem. Review articles can range from entirely descriptive to highly evaluative.
