* Active students can receive the ‘Student Registration Fee’ by providing an official document confirming their current student status, attached while completing their congress registration form.
** Co-authors and Close Family Name Members of a ‘Standard Fee Participant’ receive a discount of the ‘Listener Registration Fee’ for 25 euros.

Participants who register in a payment window (Early, Standard, Late) must conduct payment for congress participation in that window to receive the selected Registration Fee.
Exceptions in registration and payment can ONLY be made in special circumstances, depending on a case-by-case basis. For such situations, please contact info@key.com.mk.

A DAILY REGISTRATION FEE includes:

PUBLISH A PAPER – Full Paper to be published in the Economix Journal, and Abstract to be published in the ECONOMICON Book of Abstracts;
PRESENT BEFORE INTERNATIONAL AUDIENCE – in an Oral or a Poster Presentation Form;
CONGRESS MATERIALS – Bag, Book of Abstracts, Certificate, ID Badge, Notebook, Pen, Program, etc.
– The ID Badge grants admission to the scientific sessions for the registered day/s at the congress, and enables entrance for Lunch and Coffee Breaks;
DUAL CONGRESS PARTICIPATION – visit both parallel sessions at ECONOMICON & NUTRICON, for the price of one congress fee;
NETWORKING & COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES – optimized agenda specifically designed to allocate sufficient time for leisure and/or networking between congress sessions, and at evening social events;
EXPLORE THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF OHRID – at your leisure, or by visiting our Evening Congress Social Events, which encapsulate a full experience of the old city of Ohrid, the pearl of Macedonia.
– Participation is optional and is charged additionally to the Registration Fees.
– Participants can view the full Social Program below.

Participants who attend the congress are first requested to REGISTER ONLINE, by completing and submitting their Congress Registration Form at the ‘Register Now’ button. Upon successfully registering for the congress, the participant will receive an automatic e-mail from the Congress Organizational Team confirming their registration, with additional information regarding their registration specifics, such as:

Participants who successfully register as Authors will need to conduct payment following their Abstract Acceptance;
Participants who successfully register as Listeners, Sponsors & Exhibitors should proceed to payment directly.

The payment process is enabled via two available methods of payment:

– BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT (an Invoice will be created and sent to the Registered Participant via their Congress Registration Specifics)
– E-SHOP PAYMENT (can be facilitated by accessing the Congresses’ e-shop, by clicking on the ‘Enter e-shop‘ button below)

NOTE:

Upon payment, participants are asked to SEND A CONFIRMATION OF THEIR CONFIRMED PAYMENT via e-mail to the Congress Organizational Team, at info@key.com.mk.
