Each Exhibitor is responsible for the shipment, collection, and setup of their exhibits (banners, posters, promotional materials, etc.);
The Congress follows the principle of ‘First come, first served’, as exhibitor places are automatically reserved following payment.

PACKAGES
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE: placement of consumable edible products for the present audience in the duration of the congress. – One brand from each of the following categories can be present at the congress: water, coffee, tea, and food items (salty and sweet products).
COMMERICAL PACKAGE: a 3-day registration fee (for up to 1 participant), and a commercial presentation by that participant.
EXHIBITOR PACKAGE: a 3-day registration fee for an exhibitor (for up to 2 participants), a commercial presentation by said participants, and a designated, and exclusive, exhibition area (depending on how early you apply) in which the exhibitor can showcase their products, and print materials, in front of the congress participants.
