On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is an honour to invite you to the NUTRICON 2023, which will take place in Ohrid, Macedonia, from 7th to 9th of June 2023.
NUTRICON 2023 is dedicated to: Food Quality and Safety, Health and Nutrition.

NUTRICON 2023 participants can write:
1. Abstracts (will be published in Book of Abstracts and in CAB Abstracts database)
2. Posters (will be displayed at the Congress and published in Book of Abstracts in the form of Abstracts and in CAB Abstract database)
3. Full papers (all full papers will be published in the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design - JHED, SCOPUS, EBSCO, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, CABI Full text repository database, Food Science and Technology database and Global Health database).
Abstract submission rules are displayed at: http://keyevent.org/CallForPapers. All Authors should place their Abstracts at: http://www.keyevent.org/CallForPapers in Abstract submision form.
Authors should indicate whether the Abstract is intended for: a) Only Abstract; b) Poster or c) Full paper.

NUTRICON 2023 is offering the following Awards:
KEY Awards
- Publishing fee for one Full paper in the next JHED Issue (only for submitted full papers for the Congress).
- One day Congress fee for the next NUTRICON (only for abstract and poster authors present at the Congress in 2023) and
- One Galla dinner entrance (for present authors of abstracts/posters/full papers at the Congress in 2023).
Academia - Industry Partnership:
At the Congress will be present representatives from the food industry (food producers, processors, food machinery and equipment manufacturers, packaging materials manufacturers, cleaning and sanitation materials producers, etc) who will have opportunity to exhibit their products and/or services.
NUTRICON 2023 exclusivity will be a Brokerage event dedicated to scheduled meetings between Scientific, Research Institutions and Companies representatives in order to promote Academia-Industry partnership, create new consortia for application to EU programs like: HORIZON 2020, Erasmus Plus, etc.
