Consulting and Training Center KEY (www.key.com.mk) is organization working in the field of food chain integration, dealing with: introducing food quality and safety systems/standards, educating consumers, training food professionals, promoting hygienic engineering and design, networking, introducing science in food industry, establishing Academia/Industry cooperation, fostering innovations and new technologies, promoting new trends in food industry.

Consulting and Training Center KEY is the headquarter of Macedonian Regional Section of EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group).

Consulting and Training Center KEY is the publisher of the unique web based, open access Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design – JHED (www.jhed.mk). JHED is a platform for joining industry, experts, scientific community and consumers.
JHED is dedicated to the following areas:
1. Hygienic Engineering & Design
2. Food Quality & Safety and
3. Food Production & Processing.
JHED has more than 35,000 officialy registered readres from more than 1,000 companies worldwide and many universities, research centers and associations.

– First EHEDG World Congress of Hygienic Engineering and Design in 2011.
– Conference in Hygienic Engineering and Design in 2012.

KEY AWARDS
KEY will grant following awards:
1. Publishing fee for one Full paper in the next JHED Issue (only for submitted full papers for the Congress) – 200 euros
2. One day Congress fee for the next NUTRICON – 2019 (only for abstract and poster authors present at the Congress) – 200 euros and
3. One Gala Dinner entrance (for present authors of abstracts/posters/full papers at Congress) – 50 euros.
