Preparation<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Authors are asked to use the provided <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/keyevent.org\/economicon\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/E-Con-25-PowerPoint-Template.pptx\">Oral Template<\/a><\/strong> when creating their Oral presentation (<em>or at least place the first slide in their presentation<\/em>).<br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8212;&#8212;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Technical Guidelines<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong> Enter the required information in the first slide as instructed<\/strong> (Title of Presentation and Presenter Name &amp; Surname).<br \/><em>&#8211; After the first slide, the Author can create the rest of their presentations according to their personal creative preferences.<\/em><\/li><li>Limit the presentation to up to <strong>20~30 slides max<\/strong>. (roughly <strong>up to<\/strong> <strong>15 minutes of presenting<\/strong>).<\/li><li>Focus on<strong> visual simplicity<\/strong> by relying more on bullet points and visual aids, such as pictures, tables, graphics, etc.<\/li><li>Avoid using large blocks of text (or whole slides of text), especially in consecutive slides.<\/li><li>Authors can also place different versions of the ECONOMICON logo in their presentation by downloading the <strong>&#8216;ECONOMICON Logo Pack&#8217;<\/strong>.<br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8212;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Delivery<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>After completing their Oral Presentation, the corresponding Author should submit their presentation at the &#8216;Submit&#8217; button at the bottom of the form.<br \/><em>&#8211; This should be done at the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">latest by the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000; text-decoration: underline;\">15th of May<\/span><\/strong><\/span>, or sooner, preferably following Abstract or Full Paper Acceptance.<\/em><br \/><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8212;<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3. Presentation<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Pre-presentation <\/strong>&#8211; when it is time to present, the Chair of each session will invite each presenter to the stage to conduct their presentation.<br \/><em>&#8211; If the Chair of the session is about to present, one of the Co-Chairs of the session will announce and invite the Chair to present.<\/em><br \/><em>&#8211; All presentations are placed in a central laptop folder, organized by congress day, name, and number of each subsequent presenter.<\/em> <br \/><em>&#8211; Authors can see at what exact time slot their oral presentation is scheduled in each Congress day by checking the Congress Oral Program.<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Presenting<\/strong> &#8211; Presenting should last no less than 10 minutes, and no more than 20 minutes (ideally, around the <strong>15-minute mark<\/strong>). <br \/><em>&#8211; If the presenter oversteps their time, their presentation should be cut short by the chair or co-chair of the session.<\/em><\/li><li><b>Q&amp;A<\/b> &#8211; following the presentation, the Chair opens the floor to the audience for questions to the presenter, lasting up to <strong>5 minutes.<\/strong><br \/><em>&#8211;\u00a0 Alternatively, the Chair of the session can <\/em><em>inform the audience that additional questions can be asked of the presenter during the coffee and lunch breaks.<\/em><\/li><li><strong>After-presenting<\/strong> &#8211; after finishing their presentation and Q&amp;A session,ce, the presenter should take their seat in the audience again.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Below, Authors can view the general requirements of an ECONOMICON Oral Presentation Submission:&#8212;&#8212; \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1.
